Navigating divorce
with clarity and steadiness.

You're not just going through a divorce. You're figuring out who you are on the other side of it.

Your attorney is handling the legal side.
But who is helping you figure out what you actually want — and how to hold onto yourself through this transition?

— what brings you to this work —

  • You keep second-guessing yourself in every conversation with your ex.
  • You're not sure what you actually need — only that the fear is driving your decisions.
  • The custody situation feels impossible and you're terrified of getting it wrong.
  • You want to handle this well, for your kids and for yourself, but you don't know how.
  • You're surviving. But you want to be deciding.

— what we work on together —

Coaching that meets you where you are.

Getting clear on your needs

Before you can negotiate well, you have to know what you actually want. We slow down enough to identify your real priorities — not the fear talking.

Communicating effectively

Scripts, strategies, and practice for the hard conversations — with your ex, your attorney, your kids. Grounded and clear, not reactive.

Holding your boundaries

Knowing where you stand — and staying there — especially in high-conflict situations where the pressure to capitulate is enormous.

Navigating co-parenting

The emotional terrain of custody decisions is uniquely hard. We work through it with care, so you can show up as the parent you want to be.

— why this work, why me —

I've spent 25 years inside the family law system.

I come to this coaching from a career in family defense — work that put me at the intersection of legal process, trauma, and family rupture every single day. I understand how the system works, how attorneys think, and — most importantly — what gets lost in the process if no one is tending to the human side.

I am not your attorney. I am the person helping you stay grounded enough to work effectively with yours.
